Library The library is open after school on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday between 3.20 and 3.50 p.m. for all age groups.   These sessions are for parents to come to the library with their children to change/share their books.

The Gardening club will also start next week, but this will be run with the same children as last term as they only started just  before the half term break.

Breakfast Club also starts next Thursday.

Please note:Outdoor activities will regrettably, in the event of bad weather, often be cancelled.

We will try our best to allocate places to the children who were on waiting lists in the Spring term, with remaining places then being issued on a first come first served basis. We do our very best to accommodate everyone’s requests but I am afraid that this is not always possible. In the event of activities becoming over-subscribed, the remaining children will go onto a waiting list and you will be notified of this.  If you do not receive such notification then all clubs requested are available.

Kwik Cricket and Football are clubs offered by Mark Wiskin Sports Academy and parents must arrange payment separately for these activities.  Application forms are available from the school office.

As always, I will expect the absolute highest standards of behaviour from children attending after school clubs.  I am afraid that I will treat poor, disruptive or rude behaviour with a zero tolerance approach. On a positive note, I hope our children really enjoy the activities on offer.

Kind regards

Jon Smith
