In order to keep you well informed about the progress your children are making at school, we will be holding two parent consultation evenings on 11th and 12th October, from 3.30pm to 6.00pm.
Please use the form sent home last week (and available from the school office) to indicate your preferred time. We will make every effort to provide you with a suitable time, but cannot guarantee, due to pupil numbers in some classes, your first choice times.
Each consultation will last 10 minutes and our teachers will discuss your child’s behaviour and how well they have adjusted to life with their new teachers, classes and challenges.
It is very important that meetings do not overrun, last time a number of parents were kept waiting for long periods. If you feel that 10 minutes is insufficient time to discuss your child and their progress, please make an appointment to meet with your child’s classteacher on an alternative date.
Our teachers will ensure that appointment times do not clash for those families that have more than one child at Holy Trinity. If you cannot fulfil the appointment we provide, please inform your child’s classteacher and they will try to arrange an alternative meeting on a mutually convenient time and date.
