Samaritan’s Purse – Operation Christmas Child 2011

Children can again take part in ‘Operation Christmas Child’ this year.

Children can decorate an old shoe box then fill it with useful presents for a boy or girl. The boxes are then sent to children around the world, often in countries affected by war, poverty and disease.

We have some leaflets in school that will guide you through the process or you can download all the necessary information from the website: www.operationchristmaschild.org.uk

The gifts do not need to be expensive, often the best things to send are useful items such as: toothpaste, a toothbrush, pens, pencils, notepads, stickers, puzzles and picture books.

It would be great if Holy Trinity could send some festive cheer to children in need around the world. We hope to collect boxes in within two weeks.
