We hope you have all had an enjoyable holiday and excited about the start of a new school year!
Here are a few dates and bits of information you may find useful.
The School Lunch page has been updated to reflect the new menu for the start of term. This rolling menu begins from the 9th September and the price remains £2 a day payable in advance please.
The lunches for the first three days of term are the same as in the letter sent home in the summer:
- Wednesday – Homemade pizza, hand cut jacket wedges, salad bar. Chocolate sponge and chocolate sauce.
- Thursday – Deli Day. Cornish Pasty, jacket potato with cheese & beans, salad bar. Cherry cheesecake.
- Friday – Omega 3 fish fingers/vegetable bake, oven chips, sweetcorn & baked beans. Peaches & ice cream.
Dates for theme lunches have been allocated and can be seen on the Calendar page now.
A range of dates have now been added to the Calendar page of the website.
Dates for Parents Evenings, Harvest Festival, Nativity Services and the Christmas Carol Concert have been confirmed, with various visit and PTFA dates to be announced soon. They’ll all be on the Calendar page as soon as they are ‘set in stone’.
The school website has had a refresh. Although behind the scenes there have been some substantial changes more obvious is the freshening up of the look, the reorganisation of some pages and the updating of staff & class names. We hope to keep the site at least as up to date, relevant and useful this year as it has been the past three years.
Club letters will go home w/b 9th September for clubs to start ASAP afterwards. We will keep you informed via letter and the school website.
Until Wednesday, here are a few photos sent to us over the summer by the Gardening Club’s Summer Team – thanks to them for keeping things green whilst school has been closed!
