In order to keep you well informed about the progress your children are making at school, we will be holding two parents consultation evenings on 28th and 29th March, from 3.30pm to 6.00apm.
The Spring Progress Reports will be sent home early next week, this will give you the opportunity to read and consider the reports. The meetings will provide you time to discuss your children’s progress and address and possible concerns or worries you may have. Each consultation will last 10 minutes and teachers will discuss your child’s progress.
Please use the form that was sent home today to indicate your preferred time. We will make every effort to provide you with your chosen time, but cannot guarantee this, as several parents often request the same time slot.
It is very important that meetings do not overrun, last time a number of parents were kept waiting for long periods. If you feel that 10 minutes is insufficient time to discuss your child and their progress, please make an appointment to meet with your child’s class teacher on an alternative date.
Our teachers will ensure that appointment times do not clash for those families that have more than one child at Holy Trinity. If you cannot fulfil the appointment we provide, please inform your child’s class teacher and they will try to arrange an alternative meeting on a mutually convenient time and date.
