Safer Internet Day 2014 – Act The Right Way Online

Quite simply, acting the right way online involves not being rude, abusive or unkind. Cyberbullying is at least as bad as ‘conventional’ bullying and often worse because it can be carried out with relative anonymity.

We encourage all the children to behave online as they would is person, and not to use the shield of a digital screen to act in an inappropriate way.

It’s obviously not as simple as this, but if we ALL acted the right way online there would be far less need for the other six of Tabecat’s rules.
