The PTFA Quiz Night returns for the fifth year running on Saturday 7th February 2015. Although that seems a long way off weekends (and babysitters!) do get booked up early and you don’t want to miss out!
For those who’ve not been before the PTFA Quiz Night is NOT about 19th Century MPs, obscure 1970s double A-sides and the scientific names of butterflies, but instead a creative, informal & fun evening of conversation & laughs offering questions for everyone…
The cost remains £2.50 per person and again it’s teams of up to 6. You can either form a team in advance or, as several people have done in the past, just turn up on the night and join up with others there and then.
We can host 20 teams of 6 at the quiz, and last year we sold out of tickets – if you want to come to the quiz please buy your tickets as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Please bring your own drinks & nibbles. At previous quizzes we’ve had everything from a packet of crisps and a bottle of wine to a near-full dinner party! (Don’t forget the bottle opener!)
We hope, again, to be holding a charity raffle.
Doors open at 7pm with the questions starting at 7.30pm and we aim to be finished in time for last orders in town should you wish to make a night of it.
Tickets are on sale now from the school office now, and preparations are well underway for a fun evening out!
Hope to see you there…
Mr. Handy (The Quizmaster)
