This year the children in Year 5 have kept a small diary. Each Monday they write a few thoughts on the previous weekend both as a reminder of what they have done and as some writing practice.
This morning things were a little different. I challenged them to create a pictorial representation of their half term break. They could interpret this in any way they wished with just three restrictions:
The image must be created within a single Google Drawing file.
No words or numbers are allowed.
They could only import one image from elsewhere (and no words or numbers were allowed in that either…)
Here are the results – I think they’ve been very creative.
