Remembrance Day Walk

On Friday afternoon over 100 pupils from Foundation to Year 6 chose to spend their Golden Time session on a walk into town to see the Remembrance Day poppy displays outside Holy Trinity Church, in the Public Gardens, and at the front of the library. Pupils and staff will be representing Holy Trinity School in the Remembrance Parade through town on Sunday and, with Armistice Day falling on Sunday this year, Monday morning’s assembly will contain a minute’s silence to mark 100 years since the end of World War I.
