At Holy Trinity School we try to encourage children to adapt healthy lifestyles in and out of school.

With the Olympics drawing closer we are teaching children about ways to keep themselves fit and healthy.

Within school we are learning about the importance of a balanced diet, keeping active and ensuring they look after themselves.

Paddington Bear Class and PuddleDucks have been making healthy smoothies in their class. We talked about ways to enjoy more fruits within our diets. The children really enjoyed preparing, making and tasting fruit smoothies.
